1. What warranty do your products come with?

All our items come with a 7-day replacement warranty and a 1-year service warranty, so you’re covered if anything goes wrong 👌

For turntables, please note:

  • Broken acrylic dust covers are not covered
  • Damaged or mishandled needles are not covered

You may always purchase a replacement needle separately if needed.

2. Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, we do 🚚💨

  • Same-day delivery is available within Metro Manila with FREE shipping
  • Greater Metro Manila is also possible as long as Lalamove can accommodate your location

We prefer Lalamove because it is faster and more affordable compared to traditional couriers like LBC.

3. Can I pick up my order instead?

Yes, you can arrange your own pickup.

  • You may book a Lalamove rider or personally pick up your order
  • Please make sure to place your order first before requesting the address

📍 Important:

  • No confirmed order means no address or Waze pin
  • We do not have a storefront. We operate purely online and all transactions are done via delivery

4. Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer COD options 💸

For Lalamove COD:

  • There is an additional 4% fee to cover cash-in fees such as GCash or 7-Eleven
  • The rider will collect the payment and remit it to us

For LBC COD:

  • Orders will proceed as normal via LBC COD
  • Please provide 2 valid IDs and send them to our Messenger for verification

5. Do you offer custom bundles?

Yes, we do 🎶✨

If you do not see a bundle listed (for example, LP70xBT or other units), just message us on Facebook.

We can help you:

  • Build a custom setup
  • Recommend the best combinations
  • Give additional discounts when possible

6. Are your prices negotiable?

Prices are final and non-negotiable, but here’s why 👀

Our prices are already significantly lower than mall SRP, so you are getting the best deal upfront.

Example:

  • LP60X mall price: ₱13,999 → Our price: ₱10,490
  • LP60XBT mall price: ₱16,999 → Our price: ₱14,490

7. How does shipping work for provincial orders?

For areas outside Metro Manila, we ship via LBC 📦

  • Farther provinces (Northern Luzon up to Mindanao) will be shipped via LBC COD
  • If you choose to pay via GCash or BDO, the shipping fee will still be paid COD

This is because:

  • Shipping fees go 100% to LBC
  • We do not earn anything from shipping fees
